Karen Rehn, President & CEO
With almost 20 years of staffing experience, Karen is no stranger to the industry. Her zest for business and desire to leave Wisconsin winters behind led her to purchase Helping Hands Staffing Services. Karen purchased Helping Hands in March of 2009 from the original owner who founded the company in 1988.
The business has evolved and is now known as HH Staffing. With a solid foundation and an experienced management team the company has expanded to multiple locations. Future plans include continued service to valued clients, embracing new prospects and looking for new areas of business in Florida.

Jennifer Riley, Human Resources/Operations Manager
Jennifer joined HH Staffing Services as an Office Administrator and was promoted to HR/Operations Manager. She has over 15 years of experience in staffing/recruitment and human resources with a strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, leadership and employee development, training, compensation, benefits and workers’ compensation. She has provided human resources and staffing services to industries including manufacturing, finance and office professional. Her unique background has provided her with a broad range of experience that benefits HH Staffing and their clients.
Jennifer is married with three children and thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family. She is originally from Indiana, but she relocated to Sarasota where she is thrilled to be a part of the HH Staffing Team!
Sarah Clarkin, Recruiter
Sarah joined the HH Staffing team in August 2016. She is an Orlando native, born and raised, so she is an expert in her territory. She has 5 years of recruiting and placement experience, 10 years of insurance sales and office professional. Sarah’s knowledge and drive to get everything accomplished the way it should be done will be an asset to both our clients and candidates.
Sarah does not have a lot of free time, as she is going to school for her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Management. She also has two teenage daughters. When she does have a moment to herself she enjoys reading and going to church.
Julio Nava, Recruiter
Julio Nava is one of the recruiters for the Orlando office. He recruits and manages the daily operations for our Orlando office. Julio has a BS from California State University Fresno and has extensive recruiting experience in the staffing industry in both the technical and professional fields. He has lived and worked in Northern California, Tennessee and Florida. He is originally from Venezuela and is fluent in Spanish and English. His priority is to create and maintain long-term relationships with his clients and associates by understanding each of their needs and matching them accordingly.
Leticia Rivera, Recruiter
Leticia brings over 20 years of experience in management, banking and recruiting. Property Management and Light Industrial are her areas of expertise. She’s motivated and very passionate about helping people. Leticia’s priority is to create and maintain long-term relationships with our clients and associates by understanding each of their needs and matching them accordingly. Part of our hiring process is screening and testing the associates. She endeavors to locate their skill level and help them get employed in a position that best matches their abilities. Leticia is fluent in both English and Spanish which is an asset in today’s society. She works closely with Wounded Warriors in an effort to help our Veterans obtain employment.
Gregg Gionfriddo, Recruiter
Gregg is originally from Sarasota and brings over 20 years of experience in Recruiting, Management, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service. He spent 12+ years in the Staffing Industry in Central Florida specializing in Light Industrial, Engineering, and Technical positions.
Gregg is married with 2 children. He received his Bachelors Degree in Social Science from Florida State University.
Annamaria Juhasz, Recruiter
Annamaria joined the HH Staffing family in April 2016. She moved to Florida from New Jersey and New York by way of Connecticut. She received her BA in English, Language and Literature with a minor in Film Studies from Rutgers. Annamaria has almost 15 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources. She has expertise in candidate and client relations and solid experience in high volume recruiting. She is bilingual and fluent in Hungarian as well.
Annamaria enjoys spending time with her family, writing, international travel, foreign films, and modern architecture. She also finds great satisfaction in giving back to her community.
Jessica Jensen, Assistant Recruiter
Jessica joined us as a Customer Service Representative in March 2014 and has been promoted to Assistant Recruiter. She has over 15 years of experience in banking, management, and customer service. This knowledge has provided her with phenomenal customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
Jessica is originally from Ohio, but has lived in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for most of her life. She has been happily married to her husband Art for over 10 years and they enjoy life together, traveling as much as possible. Jessica has a wonderful family pet to keep them busy and spends time volunteering at local animal shelters.
Julia McIlrevey, Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Julia joined the HH Staffing team as a Customer Service Representative in May 2014 and was promoted to Sales and Marketing Coordinator in May 2015. She has extensive and varied experience as an Executive Sales Associate with customer service, new business development and office management responsibilities. Julia has a BA in Corporate Communications with a minor in English from Elon University. She uses her academic achievements and professionally developed skills to help others succeed.
Julia came to Sarasota from Connecticut by way of Saratoga Springs, NY. She very much enjoys the warm weather, yoga, going to the beach, listening to music, writing and reading.
Karen Veliz, Administrative and Payroll Coordinator
Karen joined HH Staffing in October 2014 as a Customer Service Representative. She brings to the company over 20 years of banking, finance, and customer service experience while working for international companies, as well as a family owned business. Karen enjoys working with people, and looks forward to using her experience to assist others.
Karen is originally from Illinois, but has lived and worked in California and South Carolina before moving to Bradenton, Florida over two years ago. She loves the warm weather, soccer, traveling, reading, and the beach.
Jane O’Connor, Receptionist
Jane began working at HH Staffing in June 2015 as a Receptionist. Her positive attitude and big smile are infectious. She has extraordinary customer service skills and always goes above and beyond to make our candidates feel comfortable.
Jane moved to Florida from Indiana, and one of her favorite mantras is “new life, new day, new adventure.” She loves Sarasota and says she is never leaving. She also enjoys the beach, travel, and reading.
Ruegger the Recruiter (Blog with the dog)
Ruegger is a 10 year old Boston Terrier who has come to work with his owner most of his life. He brings a wonderful personality and meets and greets most of our visitors.
