A: The cost to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, workers comp cost and how long you need the employee. HH Staffing is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.
“Q: What is the process for finding employees through HH Staffing?”
A: Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately from the moment you engage with our company. We take time to understand the details of the position and your expectations for our professional to fit into your team. You will be asked for some credit information and to provide us with a wage and job description for the position.
“Q: How long will it take to have an employee in our company?”
A: There is not an exact answer on this question. Time frames for finding the perfect candidate are based on our current employee base and your specific needs for the position, along with the skill set you require. Since we are committed to sending on the most qualified applicants, we will not sacrifice quality. Many times we will come up with a short list of quality candidates for you to interview in a short period of time.
“Q: What kind of background checks do you provide?”
A: We perform a complete set of references on each applicant’s past work history (must have two favorable work references), local background checks.For a fee, a national background check and an in-house, 5 panel, drug screening test will be completed. We also test on workplace safety and offer 1200 different skill assessments. We have access to many different career sets.
“Q: What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by HH Staffing?”
A: While this does not happen often, we do realize that not every job is a fit for every candidate and sometimes that is not clear until the person is out working. Our temp-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see if an employee is a good fit for a permanent hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can find a replacement. We also offer direct placement services where: the guarantee varies based on the contract for each client. This will be communicated with you at the start of any engagement and will be in writing with a service agreement.
