You work for us, we work for you.
When you work with a recruiter, you are not alone in the job seeking process. We are there with you every step of the way.
Here is what you can expect from the recruiting process when you work with an employment agency like us. Hope you find this helpful!
Our online application is the first thing that will need to be completed in the recruiting process. It asks for the standard information – contact info, work background, experience, talents, past positions held. You will also be prompted to send us a copy of your resume. We ask everyone to apply through the website and there is no fee to applicants.
It takes our recruiting team approximately 3 days (often less!) to review your credentials and follow up with you. Generally, one of our assistant recruiters will reach out to you to schedule a time to come and interview face to face. If we do not have any positions that would be a good fit, we will provide you with additional resources. Ultimately, we want our candidates to succeed, whether it is with us or another agency.
Per our clients’ request, we will often test you on your competences, industry standards, and computer proficiency. These assessments allow you to demonstrate your abilities and identify your strengths and weaknesses. For more information regarding testing, please click here.
When you come in for an interview, you will meet with one of our recruiters to discuss your career goals. We will go over your skills versus the jobs we have available. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable with the recruiting process. The more information we have, the better we are able to match you with an appropriate employer. Don’t be shy about your dislikes—we want to place you somewhere you will be happy working.
After interviewing, we will have you fill out payroll paperwork and an authorization to conduct a background and references check.
Coaching & Feedback
We offer assistance, help with your resume, support, and provide follow up when you complete your interview with the client company. We will let you know what to expect in your interview based on the specific company with whom you are applying. If you are having any doubts about a job offer, we can advise you on how to best handle the situation. We will guide you to make the best decision possible.
You will still be working for us if you accept a temp or temp to hire job. So, even after you have started working, the recruiter is there as a point of contact for you. That way you have someone to advocate for you and discuss any frustrations or concerns regarding your position.
We appreciate referrals, so please spread the word! For more information regarding our staffing services and additional blogs, please visit the website.
