Accounts Receivable / Payable Billing Clerks ***
AP/AR Clerks generate invoices, review expense reports, determine revenue recognition & deferred revenue. Prefer 2 years AP/AR experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent account reconciliation skills as well as exceptional communication abilities. Must be a self-starter who can work independently but also enthusiastically with a team.
Full Charge Bookkeepers are responsible for sales tax preparation, bank reconciliations, and other duties including AP, AR, GL through Financial Statements, and general office work. Prefer a minimum of 5 years of full charge bookkeeping experience as well as Advanced Accounts Payable, Advanced Accounts Receivable, Advanced Month End Close, Advanced General Ledger, Intermediate QuickBooks, and Intermediate MS Excel.
Maintenance Technicians **
Maintenance Techs are responsible for performing various duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment/condo communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standard set by the company. HVAC certification/experience is a plus.
Leasing Professional **
The Leasing Professional is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Assistant PM in maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on leasing, outreach marketing, and resident retention. They strive for 100% occupancy through retention of existing residents, leasing current availability and pre-leasing future availability.
Property Managers *
Multi-family Property Managers motivate and empower their staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly property goals. They will train, supervise, and mentor a team of Leasing Consultants and Maintenance staff to uphold the company’s policies for leasing, marketing, accounting, property appearance, and residential customer service. Prefer 2+ years of relevant residential property management experience.
