Our client property management companies are seeking full time experienced Maintenance Technicians who turn out apartments- IMMEDIATELY
Candidates MUST have:
* Experience turning apartments
* Renovation experience a huge plus
Have experience in:
*Carpentry
*Electrical
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Appliance Repair
*Punch out lists — work orders
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have EXPERIENCE
*Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation EOE
*Pass our skill assessments on General Maintenance and Safety
*Have your OWN TRANSPORTATION and it must be RELIABLE
*Have steady work history and excellent references
*Be willing to work a temporary assignment
*Have own tools
